We offer all our goods via mail order on the following basis:- 1. Direct orders from this website (also fax or post ) via credit/debit card or PayPal. The products are usually sent out immediately if they are in stock, if not a delivery delay is advised. We try not to show products that we do not have but sometimes we can run out unexpectedly. 2. Direct order by post with cheque/Money Order. The products are usually sent out immediately if they are in stock, if not a delivery delay is advised. However we reserve the right to clear the cheque first. 3. Our shipping rates are the actual cost of the carrier and packaging only. This applies to both UK and overseas orders no matter which service or carrier is used. You can see the shipping charge on the checkout page once you have entered the delivery address, BEFORE you buy. If you buy several items that can be sensibly packed together, we do so and will alter the shipping before charging or refund the excess. Our website is not clever enough to guess this beforehand! 4. Our main currency is GB Pounds. All our prices are given in Pounds, US Dollars and Euros. NOTE : All our credit / debit card & Paypal deductions are in GB Pounds but appear on your statement in your own currency. The convertion from GBPounds to your currency is done at the daily rates of your card company or Paypal. We offer prices in US Dollars and Euros as a guide only, using the rates from www.xe.net/ucc . 5. If you opted to pay by Cheque or Money Order, please make payable to Les Riley and send to us at 13 Boon Hill, Bignall End, Stoke-on-Trent, ST7 8LA United Kingdom. Cheques or MOs may be in either GB Pounds (UK bank) or US Dollars (US bank). We cannot accept cheques in Euros. 6. All items are properly packed and posted, normally via Royal Mail. A certificate of posting is obtained and filed. Items are sent at the customer's risk (though normally insured by your credit card company). 7. We can insure to many countries for a reasonable extra cost. We can insure to the USA but it is expensive. If you would like insurance please ask. We will always email a quote before sending. 8. We try to describe all our items, whether new or used, as well as we can. If you are not happy with your item bought from us we will gladly refund your purchase price if the item is returned to us in good condition. 9. Sales Tax (VAT) is added at the checkout to item and shipping prices for items shipped to European Community Countries. 10. Our VAT reg. no. is :- GB 794 8280 76 11. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, UK buyers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days from the time and date of the invoice. We are happy to refund the purchase price of their item for non-UK buyers also if the item is returned to us in good, unused condition.
